Gene was a great dad to his four children, Ragen (Marjorie), Robert (Sue), Steve (Maxine) and Joan (Greg).
He was also a wonderful grandpa and "papa" to his grandchildren, Alicia, Ryan, Robin, Lucas, Sands, Laura, Rochelle and Rachelle. Gene was, in addition, a great and great grandpa to many children.
Gene was a salesman most of his life. Most of his working life was spent in the furniture department of Sears. His outgoing personality made him a good salesman. He met people easily and enjoyed his later years walking around Park Mall. There he gathered a large circle of friends. Gene's family wishes to send special thanks to Fairmont Assisted Living, St Joseph's and Peppi's House.
A visitation will be held at Desert Rose Heather Mortuary on Tuesday, January 7th at 10:00 am with Funeral Services at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at East Lawn Palms Cemetery.
