Ms Henrietta Williams was a good friend to me and my family for as long as I can remember. She was a devoted member of the Highland Avenue Church of Christ. She was kind and thoughtful; she possessed a great sense of humor.  I loved hearing her stories as she prepared food in her kitchen. She taught me a lot about life just by being herself. I will miss her 
dearly.
To Ms. Henrietta's family, I am sorry for your loss. May God comfort you all during this time. Peace and blessings to you all.

We wish we had more time with you Big Mom. We will miss you!

Big Mom is the first for me as an adult in my family to pass on to glory.  I am saddened by our families loss and humbled by the way we have come together. I love you Big mom You Will be missed. Most importantly she loved GOD and went on to glory.

My great grandmother always took care of me when I was younger. She did so much for me and I wish I could have done for her as much as she did for me. Theres so many things she taught me that I will always remember. You will never be forgotten, I love you Big Mom.

“I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race,I have kept the faith” This applies to my grandma. She would have been 101 this year so I am beyond grateful we had her for so long. 
But I'd give up anything to walk in her kitchen and smell the amazing homemade cookies she baked, to see her working in her garden, making another quilt or to hear one of her larger than life stories. Until we meet on the other side, rest in peace big momma.

Big Mom you will always be a very special lady in my heart, and you will be greatly missed.  I will always remember you showing me how to make your famous fried pies, and no, I did not master them like you did.  I think there will only be one person for them because you added love that only you could give.  Thank you for welcoming me into your heart, I'll see you again in heaven.

I will never see Tucson the same way.  My mom was always my number one reason for returning to my home town. During this week of getting ready for her homegoing celebration, I kept thinking I should go get her a baked sweet potato and take it to her place.  My mom and I had a special bond. Me and my family will miss her. I am glad we had lots of good and interesting times and many memories that will last a lifetime.

I would like to express my sympathy to all the members of Henrietta's family. I first met her in 1970 when I rented the apartment behind her house. Several years later she rented out one of the bedrooms in her house to me. She was a very kind and helpful person. After I moved away from Arizona, she even let me stay at her home with her on several visits to Tucson.  She was an interesting person with a lot of fascinating stories to relate.  I am sorry that I hadn't been in touch with her for the past few years.  She was one of a kind.
