

Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00pm – 8:00pm on Monday the 16th of January at Funeraria Del Angel University. Jose went to school in Mexico, "Bruno Martinez", Immigrated to America through a scholarship in Baseball as a pitcher in Tucson League. At the time of death, he was married to Dena Marie Ruggiero on April 24th, 2001, in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from high school while attending San Quintin in California. He owned and operated Monsoon roofing and painting, during this time he then changed the Business name to Diana’s Roofing and Painting honoring his Daughter "Diana". He was actively involved in Narcotic anonymous, sharing his experience, strengths and hopes with others in Recovery.
As a Member of Narcotics Anonymous, Jose sponsored many struggling addicts, attended conventions' throughout Arizona, he was always available 24/7 for those in need as this was his passion at heart to help as many struggling addicts as needed, Jose was very proud of the progress he has made in his own recovery and has received many chips and awards during his 26 years of Sobriety, as he had many passions in life in other areas' like, his famous bbq's, his Family Funday's, Lounging by the pool, hanging out with his Grandkids.
Loved and participated in Baseball competitions and leagues. Born and raised as a Catholic then later became a born-again Christian developing a personal relationship with Jesus.
Jose Guadalupe Calderon is preceded in death by Aurelia Diaz De Calderon (Mother), Salvador Calderon (Father), Javier Calderon and Salvador Calderon (Brother's) and Diana Lee Calderon (Daughter).
Jose Guadalupe Calderon is survived by; Dena Marie Ruggiero-Calderon (Spouse), Kristal Calderon (Daughter), April Marie Calderon (Daughter), Joseph Daniel Calderon (Son), Kayla Rose Ruggiero-Calderon (Daughter), Giovanni Alan Ruggiero-Calderon lll (Son), Raymond Edward Leza-Ruggiero Calderon (Son), Jesus A. Calderon (Brother), 20 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild
