Josephine "Jo Ann" was born on December 23, 1936 in Bisbee, Arizona. As a teenager, she moved to Tucson, Arizona where she attended and graduated from Tucson High School. Josephine was a loving mother, wife, daughter, cousin, niece, granddaughter, grandmother (nana), great-grandmother, great great-grandmother, and friend. She was a beautiful and giving soul who loved God, her family, her pets, journaling, playing the piano, crocheting, sewing, reading, and flowers. She had a kind heart, a beautiful smile and a love for all that she met.
Josephine is preceded in death by her mother, father, step-father, husband and is survived by her daughter, two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She will forever be remembered, greatly missed and loved by her family and friends.
A visitation for Josephine will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
