Born August 13, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Charles and Virginia Monson of Pittsburgh, PA. Joy was a veterinary technician until moving into the mortgage industry, where she remained until her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her husband Oscar Gagnon and son Robert Ehrhart.
Surviving are brother, Robert Monson of Alexandria, VA; daughter, Cynthia Ehrhart of Tucson, AZ; stepchildren, Donna (James) Guthrie of Tucson, AZ, Deborah (Rodney) Kerns of Mesa, AZ, Judith (Albert) Carrillo of Gilbert, AZ, Catherine Gagnon (Timothy Potts) of Tucson, AZ, Joseph Gagnon (Tracy Sapp) of Tucson, AZ, Christine Gagnon of Tucson, AZ; step grandchildren, Ashley Guthrie, Anthony (Lindsay) Kerns, Nicholas Carrillo, Anna Carrillo; two step great-grandchildren, Madeline and Victoria Kerns.
There will be no public visitation.
