February 13, 1980 – July 28, 2014
It is with a deep sorrow beyond words that we say good-bye to Justin, deeply beloved son, brother, father, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend of many.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Keiper Elliott & partner Barry Smith of Tucson, Az, his father Ronald Elliott of Lebanon, Pa, his 3 beautiful children, Trinity, Skylar, and Jaydon; his brothers, Jesse and Colin Elliott of Tucson, Az, and Ryan & Sean Mulcahy and sister, Shannon Wheeler of Towanda, Pa, and Grandmother LaWanda Elliott and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceeded in death by his maternal grandparents James & Karen Keiper and paternal grandfather William Elliott.
Justin lived and loved life to the fullest, always full of adventure and fun, his smile would light up a room.
Justin, you left us far too soon but will always live on in our hearts.
