

In loving memory of Katherine Ernestine Davis, born June 3rd, 1942, in Tucson Arizona parents are father Robert Foley and adopted Willie James Bridges, mother Elizabeth HIll/Bridges. Proceeded by mother and father, husband Clarence Davis, child Anthony Davis, sisters Betty Massengale, Ora Blanding Betty Mae Eveling and brother Willie Dawson Jr.
Surviving sisters Willie Dolores Johnson and Jeri and Mathes. Her children Larry Davis Tanya Davis and Robert Davis, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews, many relatives, and Friends.
Kathryn has been a pioneer in many areas of her life, being one of the first black females to work at St Joseph's Corondolet Medical Facility in Arizona, Also to become one of the first black female Bus Drivers where she retired, a Model, and one of the first black female Police Officers for the Berkeley Police Department in Berkeley, California.
Raising three children as a single parent, Kathryn endured through many hard times as she continued to demonstrated love and compassion for any and everyone that she met.
While she pursued her education, she attended Dunbard and Pueblo High School. Her College was Contra Costa College in Richmond, California where she resided at that time.
Always willing to give her love and even her last of any and everything that she had, with a pleasant smile and kind words. She always made a difference when she was present, sometimes with a funny jokes that she would share with everyone.
Kathryn Davis will always be, remembered, missed and most of all, Loved by her children and many more forever.
A graveside service for Kathryn will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
