

Leslie Ann Anderson (Oakes) passed away peacefully into the arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on April 30, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Leslie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a cherished friend to so many and her life reflected unwavering faith, kindness, grace and compassion. Leslie lived each day with a servant’s heart, always seeking to honor God through her actions, her love for others and her steadfast trust in the Lord.
Leslie was born on February 26, 1943, in Bellingham, WA. She was a devoted member of Chi Omega sorority at Washington State University, where she formed lifelong friendships and found deep joy in sisterhood and community.
She met the love of her life, Ken Anderson, on the beach in Waikiki. This was the beginning of a beautiful marriage that would span 61 years. Together, they built a loving home grounded in faith, laughter, warmth and unconditional love for their children. Leslie’s greatest joy was caring for those whom she loved. She created a home where everyone felt welcome.
Leslie is survived by her beloved husband Ken Anderson, her children Kelli (Frank) Antonioli, Kristen and Erik (Jaime); and her precious grandchildren Casey (Danielle), Andy (Audrey), Wills, Meg (Brad), Tyler, Haley (Ryan) and Madison, along with seven great-grandchildren who brought her so much joy. She is also survived by her sister Marty Randall and her brother Tom (Cheryl) Oakes.
Leslie devoted her life to serving Jesus Christ and sharing His love with others. Her faith was the foundation and the guiding light in her life. She dedicated many years to Women’s Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), where she faithfully served as a leader and a source of spiritual encouragement to countless women. She also taught Sunday School at Catalina Foothills Church, where generations of children lovingly knew her as Miss Honey.
Leslie’s family finds comfort in knowing she is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Savior, reunited in eternal peace. Leslie’s legacy of faith, love and devotion will continue to live on in all who had the privilege of knowing her.
