She was born in Corsicana, Texas, on Dec. 1, 1917. All that loved her knew her as "Nell" and enjoyed her desire to live life to its fullest. Nell was one of eleven children born to Arthur Hodge and Nellie Blisett Hodge. Her son Billy Pierce Breedlove preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister Helen Lewis, and brothers; Billy Joe Hodge, Charles Hodge and Arthur Lynn Hodge. It was her desire to not have a service and that her ashes be spread in San Francisco, California.
