Mercedes M Quiroz

Mercedes M. Quiroz entered into eternal rest on April 10, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on March 30, 1937, Mercedes lived a life centered on faith and family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, tia and friend whose love knew no boundaries.

Mercedes had a heart devoted to caring for others. She found joy in the simple yet meaningful acts of love—baking beautiful cakes for celebrations and sewing dresses with care and creativity, leaving behind pieces of her love in every bite and every stitch.

Her faith was the foundation of her life. She held a deep devotion to the Virgin Mary and faithfully served her church as a proud Guadalupana. Through her service and unwavering belief, she touched many lives and inspired those around her with her strength, humility, and grace.

Mercedes will be remembered for her generous heart, and the way she made everyone feel like family. Her legacy lives on through the lives she nurtured, the traditions she passed down, and the love that will continue to grow through generations.

She is survived by her three beloved children, Lupita Quiroz, Arnulfo Quiroz, and Maria Josefina de Parra (Sergio); her nine cherished grandchildren-Arnulfo Jr., Humberto, Vanessa, Julissa, Jessica, Stephanie, Joella, Jovana, and Alec; as well as ten adored great-grandchildren, with one more precious blessing on the way.

She is now dancing in heaven with her beloved husband, Humberto O. Quiroz, and reunited with many cherished family members who have gone before her.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
