Michael O'Neal

Michael Patrick O’Neal. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Michael O’Neal announces his passing on Good Friday March 30, 2018 at the age of 64. There he was greeted by his Savior and joined those who went before him, parents Teddy and Patricia O’Neal, grandparents and several aunts, uncles, along with cousins. Michael is survived by his wife Shari Heemsbergen and daughters Kelly O’Neal and Stacey Cleary (Tucson) step sons Heath and Mike Heemsbergen (Tucson) and brother Timothy O’Neal (California), along with 5 granddaughters, Cassey, Carlee, Sophia, Alexa, and Tia. Michael was born in Tucson on July 3, 1953, attended St Cyril’s and Salpointe High School. His joy in life was attending all the granddaughters sporting and school events and he still loved attending Salpointe football games and going to dirt track car races (just like his dad). His beloved Husky Dakota has lost her best friend and companion. Michael had a kind heart where everyone he met was a friend right away…never a cross word was used. He will be greatly missed and be loved by all those left behind until we are called home to join him in heaven. We love you Papa Mike!

Services for family and dear friends will be held at 9:30 AM Monday April 9th at East Lawn Mortuary 5801 E Grant Rd.
