Nannie Lou Ogletree 8/29/1922 - 8/25/2012 89, passed away just four days short of her 90th Birthday. Nan was born in Alabama and has resided in Tucson since 1960. Nan is predeceased by the love of her life, Charles Ray Ogletree, whom she married in 1941, and also her grandson, Derek Fisher. She will be missed by her children, Nancy (DeLon) Thompson, Charlotte Ogletree, and Charles (Anne) Ogletree. Nan was loved by her five grandchildren, Heather (Steve) Blank, Natalie (Shanon) Chilson, Mandy (Aaron) Oltersdorf, Casey (Caitlin) Ogletree, and LaDonna and Jared Ogletree and five great-grandchildren, Jace, Connor, Ashleigh, Adrianna, and Carter. Nan is survived by her beloved sister, Willie Dean York who resides in Alabama. Nan knew how to bring family together. All she had to do was cook and bake…and she was really good at both. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel at East Lawn Palms Mortuary on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow on site.
