My condolences to Paula' Children and family.  
Paula was like the light of a lit candle.  I met Paula at the quilt guild at the El Pueblo center.  When I saw Paula she had a wonderful smile, an essence of that lit candle filling her, and she was sharing with one and all.  Your mom taught me that one never walks alone and as long as we are alive we should live life to it's fullest.
The light from her candle may be out, but she lit so many other candles that Paula will always be among us.
Again, I am truly sorry for your loss.
