Ralph Koontz was born on September 9, 1927 in Ashland, Kentucky and passed away on June 23, 2014 in Tucson, Arizona. He is preceded in death by his wife, of 57 years, Ruth Koontz (Feb. 19, 2005); parents, Esker and Edna Koontz; sisters, Irene Patrick, Brenda Powell and brother-in-law, John Patrick. He is survived by his two daughters, Annie-Laurie and Kathy Koontz.. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TMC Hospice or Peppis House.
