Richard is survived by his wife, Rosemary; his 1 son; his 2 sisters, his 6 daughters, his 8 grandchildren, his 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his mother Ruth, father Kenneth; and his sister Judith Lee.
Richard had many life achievements, he dedicated himself to his work in refrigeration for 30 years, and another 25 years in Real Estate as an Agent. Also to Men's Fellowship for 10 years, He was a member of Gideons international. He loved being a member of our family church, where he sang and praised the lord. He was a leader in men's ministry and was on the church board. He had many joys but he most loved to visit with his family. His love and enjoyment for his grandchildren and great grandchildren was precious and a blessing to watch.
Richard had many interests and hobbies that include going to the ocean, going for walks in nature, gardening, he was a master at keeping everything beautiful, he was always making sure the birds outside had seed, and the hummingbirds never ran low of nectar; he loved to watch them; enjoying the gifts he gave them. He enjoyed getting together with friends and playing cards, board games, and watching golf and football. He was a wiz at finding parts online and figuring out how to fix them. He could fix anything!
With heavy hearts we say goodbye for now to our beloved Richard and know that we will see him again, one day in the kingdom of heaven.
A memorial service for Richard will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at First Assembly of God, 18180 S La Cañada Dr, Sahuarita, AZ 85629, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
