My husband Scott & I met Bobby about 5 years ago, through Elaine, when we wintered in Arizona from Alberta. We always enjoyed visits with Bobby, he never failed to put a smile in our hearts and give reasons to laugh out loud. I don't think it was hard for Bobby to make friends, he was so likeable, so funny and fun. He was always intent to have a good conversation and had called me with his gardening questions when he was revamping his backyard. Just a few months ago Bobby had wanted to visit us perhaps as soon as this coming August. We are devastated to hear of his untimely passing. Bobby will be missed immensely. Our condolences to his family and other friends

Bobby, you and I met through our mutual friend Elaine. We spent many good times together at concerts, at E’s house and even on vacation in Jamaica. You brought a lot of joy into E’s life. She considered you very special. We will keep your memories alive in Elaine’s heart as we retell some great stories about our times together. You Rest In Peace dear Bobby. 

I met Bobby last April through his best friend Elaine.  We spent many a weekend together and a week in Rhode Island, along with the Cher concert and many texts, emails, phone calls and a weekend at his home in Tucson... 

We had an immediate connection and friendship.  He was the most giving person, happy heart and would do anything for you!

Bobby, you will forever be in my heart and live there forever!  Hope you are now happy, pain free and looking down on all of us who knew and loved you with a big smile!

To the Barnes Family, I had the pleasure of meeting Bobby five years ago while he was visiting in Rhode Island.  It was a fun day on the lake ending with an exquisite seafood dinner.  We shared lots of laughs, a boat ride and perfect scenery without a cloud in the sky.  I knew he was in the hospital and am stunned over the events of yesterday.  May he Rest In Peace!!  Bless you Bobby.
