

Born in 1936 in Marigliano, a province of Naples, Italy, Salvatore spent his early years working on his family’s farm, learning the value of hard work and close family ties. At the age of 19, he immigrated to New York, where he built a new life rooted in determination, humility, and love. He worked in the construction industry for over four decades, known for his craftsmanship and strong work ethic.
Salvatore was a man of quiet strength and deep generosity, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. He took great pride in his family and especially loved Sunday dinners, where he would cook traditional Italian meals and share memories of his homeland. His laugh was warm, his advice wise, and his love for his family unwavering.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carmella Mocerino, and his eldest daughter, Anastasia. He is survived by his children Lina, Salvatore Jr., and Camille; and his granddaughters Nicole, Emily, Angelina, and Brianna — all of whom carry forward his legacy of love, resilience, and family unity.
Salvatore’s life was a testament to the enduring power of faith, family, and perseverance. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
