William J. Taylor born on November 11th, 1929, Avant Oklahoma, died on June 2nd, 2012. Proceeded in death by his loving wife, Bernice, of 53 years. He is survived by daughter Rachel, son Timothy (Marilyn) grandchildren Lyndsey and Bryce who he loved very much. Sister Rebekah Beeman and Brother Jack Taylor (Lori). Wilton and Phoebe Grice, Drucilla Fleming, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bill was employed by the Southern Pacific Railroad(SP) in various positions from laborer to General Production Supervisor for 38 years. After retiring in 1988 he went back to work for the SP installing fiber optic cable for another 9 years. After his second retirement Bill concentrated on being a father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed. A memorial service is scheduled for August 26th, 2012 at South Lawn Mortuary. In lieu flowers we are asking for donations to be sent to Mishawaka Foundation c/o Blake Hiltabrand, 1136 Ashland Ave., Wilmette, IL 60091 in honor of his grandchildren Lyndsey and Bryce.
