Elizabeth Kay Hoffman, lovingly known as Liz, was born on September 30, 1949, to John and Irene Lehman. She grew up in Mapleton, Oregon, and graduated from high school there in 1966. After attending college for a brief time, Liz began a career with the state of Washington, serving in various roles until her retirement.
Liz had a warm and welcoming spirit. She loved spending time with her family, enjoying lively card games with friends, and getting lost in a good book. Above all, Liz truly loved going on cruises. They brought her joy, relaxation, and countless cherished memories.
Liz was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Hoffman, and her sisters, Merrie Thornton and Patricia Lehman. She is survived by her brother, John Lehman, and her aunt, Diane Williams, as well as her three children, Michael McDade, James McDade, and Crystal Smith. Liz also leaves behind several cherished grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.
Her kindness, laughter, and love will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
