Billie worked in data entry for the state of Washington. She retired from the State Patrol in 1987. She also had a passion for volunteering at a local medical facility.
Billie is survived by daughters; BJ Tanner and Joy Rogers (Ray Spragg), many nieces and nephews, and great grandsons; Logan and Conor Spragg.
She was preceded in death by 8 sisters and 1 brother.
There will be a graveside service for Billie on Friday, Aug. 24, 2018 at 11am at Oddfellows Cemetery, in Tumwater, WA.
