Ralph E. Wolfe Ralph, 86, died on July 16, 2012 at the Olympia Manor in Olympia, WA. He was born February 2, 1926 to Ralph E. Sr. and Josephine (Cuda) Wolfe on a farm north of Schuyler, NE. After graduation from Schuyler High School in 1942 Ralph joined the Navy and served during WWII. He served on a destroyer, USS Williard Keith DD775 in the Pacific. After the war he married Arlene A. Valish and together they had two children; son, Gary and daughter, Sheryl. After six years of farming, they moved to Olympia, WA. Ralph worked in construction. Survivors include his wife, Arlene; son, Gary (Priscilla) Wolfe, Olympia; daughter, Sheryl (Chuck) Clarke, Woodinville, WA; four granddaughters, Laurel (Ken) Robinson, Heather (Nate) Speer, Ashley (Jon) Wood, and Alexis Clarke. Three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Speer, Annabelle Speer and Michael Wood; sister-inlaw, Joyce Cole; and nieces, Teri Wolfe, Susan Brown and Lori Wolfe (Sunny Kolb). Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Sr. and Josephine Wolfe; and brother, Edward R. "Dick" Wolfe. Ralph belonged to the Carpenter Trust, Local Union No. 129 of Western Washington and Evergreen Christian Community- Black Lake Blvd. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Evergreen Christian Community. Memorial contributions may be made to Evergreen Christian Community. Arrangements are with Mills and Mills.
