

Bill was born on November 19th, 1932 to John and Edith Dalebout in Columbus ND. Bill moved to Washington state in 1935 with his family where they settled on a farm in Littlerock. He graduated from Olympia high school in 1951 then enlisted in the United States Marine Core from 1952 to 1955, where he served a tour in the Korean war.
Bill worked as a rural carrier for the United States Post Office where he retired with 30 years of government service in 1988. He spent his retirement years living in Olympia where he had a passion for growing christmas trees and flower gardening. Bill was a proud and active member of the local VFW post 318 where he could often be found dancing to his favorite songs.
Bill was proceeded in death by his wife Mary C. Dalebout ( the love of his life) and his beloved brother Don Dalebout.
Survivors include his four boys William, James, John, Randy. His two stepchildren Charlie Seger and Carol Rambo along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Daryl Dalebout and his sister Dorothy Meadors as well as his Aunt Mary Dewing. There are many nieces and nephews.
Bills memorial service will be held Friday Jan 9th at 1pm at Mills and Mills Funeral Home in Tumwater, Washington. A reception will follow directly after at the Littlerock Posse Hall, 5949 Maytown Rd, Littlerock, Washington,98512.
The family would like to thank the staff at Olympics West Retirement Inn and Providence Hospice for loving care Bill received during his final time with us.
