James passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 4, 2018. He was a musician, singer/song writer, and truck driver who loved to entertain seniors after retiring from driving.
He was an incredible story teller that could make you laugh from all of his adventures as a kid growing up in the airport district of Modesto, to riding the rails at 14, going back and forth from Modesto to Texas, and learning the ropes from the hobos.
James spent 28 years with his "Sweet Donna Mae" until her death in September of 2009.
He is survived by his son James Cameron Alexander Jr., daughter Margaret Elizabeth Gonzalez, and step-daughter Tracy Rae Boss.
James was an awesome guy to know and an awesome friend to have. We will miss him.
