Manuel Ferreira Rocha, age 84, of Turlock, California passed away at Kaiser Medical Center in Modesto, on Monday, July 4, 2022. Manuel was born December 25, 1937 in Posto Santo, Terçeira, Açores to Olivia and Manuel Rocha.
Manuel is survived by his spouse of sixty years, Rose Mary Rocha of Turlock; his son Manuel Rocha (Carrie) of Fresno and his daughter Tina Lukens (Richard) of Turlock. Manuel also leaves behind his granddaughter Ashlee Davis (Shane), his grandson Dirk Lukens, his great grandsons Gavin and Colton Davis to honor his memory.
Manuel was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Olivia Rocha, along with his brothers Joe and Tony Rocha.
Manuel was a member of Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Mon. Alvarnez and also volunteered to cook chicken for Our Lady of Fatima Festa at Sacred Heart in Turlock, California.
A Recitation of the Rosary and Funeral Mass will occur Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1200 Lyons Avenue, Turlock, CA 95380.
