Raymond C. Alamo, age 71, of Modesto, California passed away at his home in Modesto, California on Monday, January 17, 2022. He was born March 12, 1950 in Terra Chã, Terceira, Açores to Maria Guadalupe Alamo and Alberto C. Alamo. Raymond is survived by: his wife of 50 years, Zilda C. Alamo of Modesto; son Brian R. Alamo of Modesto; daughter Joyce C. Alamo of Modesto; daughter Lisa Harper (Eric Harper) of Modesto; sister Phyllis Ferreira of Discovery Bay; sister Albertina Silveira of Discovery Bay; sister Maryann Baker of Placerville; sister Lucy Yerro of Tracy and sister Essie Diaz of Milpitas. Raymond also leaves behind his 2 grandsons Madden Alamo and Christopher Harper to honor his memory. Raymond was preceded in death by: his father Alberto C. Alamo, his mother Maria Guadalupe Alamo, and his brother Joe Alamo. Raymond was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church A Visitation for Raymond will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California. A Recitation of the Rosary followed by Funeral Mass will occur at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 28, 2022 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 709 J. Street, Modesto, California. A Committal Service follow at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N. Soderquist Road, Turlock, California. Serving as pallbearers; Ronny Melo, David Costa, Gary Costa, Mason Pires, Jayson Rocha and Eric Silveira Services for Raymond C. Alamo are in the care of Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service (FD 504) in Turlock, California.
