DUNCANVILLE | Angelique "Angel" Gibson Turner, age 39, of Duncanville, died May 8, 2015, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home with Phil Boyles officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Heritage Chapel Funeral Home, A Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be tonight, May 12, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Jean Turner Scott.

Survivors include her husband, Randall Turner of Duncanville; daughter, Alicia Scott of Tuscaloosa; sons, Dalton Turner of Duncanville and Mason Turner of Tuscaloosa; sisters, Paula Jarvis of Taylor County, Ga., Jessica Hasty of Adel, Ga., Joci Pack of Atlanta, Ga., Hokie Turner (Brad) of Tuscaloosa; brothers, Mickey Scott (Janice) of Athens, Ga. and Brad Scott of Tallapoosa, Ga.; parents, Michael Scott of Tallapoosa, Ga. and Michael Patton (Judy) of Tuscaloosa; and grandparents, Al and Treva Burnsworth.

Angel was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She was kind hearted and loved everyone. She was a paramedic at Northstar for 8 years. She strived to help others. She was an amazing aunt and wonderful mother to many. Her home was open and humble, and always turned a bad situation into good with just a smile. Her heart was full of gold. "You never know how strong you are until you have to be."

Pallbearers will be Dalton Turner, Mason Turner, Kelan Jones, B.J. Fowler, Cade Fowler, and Wayne Fowler.
