Dear Sister Mary and family. I just heard about Brother Charles today and am praying for you. I have many memories of Brother Charles that make me smile. He was the example of a fine Christian man. I know Heaven is rejoicing his coming home to Paradise. He fought the good fight. I love you all. Let his memories comfort you and your family. He will be missed but we will see him again. I'm so sorry for your loss.  Your dad was our insurance agent when I was a young girl; he was always so nice.  I know Mr. Wheeler will be greatly missed by family, friends, and community.  God bless each of you and my you find peace from the Lord to calm your hearts.

My family met Mr. Charles when I was a young girl. We bought insurance from him and he an my daddy could sit and talk for hours it seemed. The Battles family is very sorry for your loss. Mr. Charles was a great man.

I got up this morning and dressed to attend the service, thinking it would be at 2 or 3 PM, but it starts in 2 & 1/2 hours and I'm 4 & 1/2 hours away, so i can't make it. I'm with you in spirit.
