Elaine F. Johnson

Elaine was a woman with strong christian values whose life reflected love, generosity and kindness. She was known for her loving heart, quick sense of humor and the way she made everyone feel welcome and included. Family meant everything to her, and she poured herself into caring for those she loved.

She worked most all her life eventually retiring from international paper. Her strong work ethic and servant's heart were evident in all she did.

She was preceded in death by her father , GW Fender, her mother and stepfather Tom and Jean Stone, her sister, Gail Stone and her beloved friend, Lucy Thomas.

Elaine was survived by her brother, Tommy Stone; her daughters, Tammy Bailey (Paul) and Cathy Canterbury (Ricky); her cherished grandchildren, Danielle Colvert (Terry), Heather Bailey, Cody Perry (Trisha), Hunter Mayfield and Olivia Greek (David); her precious great-grands Emma, Peyton, Lilly, Cayden, Camryn, Chevy , Mikey and Kristen (KK); and so many extended family members and friends.

She leaves behind a legacy of faith, laughter, strength and unconditional love that will continue to live on through her family.

She will be deeply missed, but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
