

Elsie Fay Lee, age 63, of Northport, died May 12, 2011, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 5 p.m. Sunday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Robby Faulkner and Rev. Justin Lee officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Flossie Barker of Boone County, W.Va.; and two brothers, Bob Barker and Jerry Barker.
Survivors include her husband, Dwayne Lee of Holt; daughter, Rebecca Blevins (David); son, Justin Lee of Blount County; brothers, Joe Barker of Atlanta, Ga., Jimmy Barker of Florida, and Sidney Barker, James Barker, and Wilkie Barker, all of West Virginia; and grandchildren, Brandon Boman and David Lewis Blevins, II of Tuscaloosa; and a very special person in her life, Wanda Blevins.
She was born and raised in Boone County, W.Va. She moved to Tuscaloosa in 1986. She worked as a Nursing Assistant at Heritage Retirement Center and also provided lots of love to all those around her. She was very much loved and will be missed very badly by Little Man and “Boo,” two special grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Price, Eddie Price, Harold Griffin, Brandon Boman, Ricky Rose, and Raymond Holleman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama.
