James Fletcher Robertson, 84, of Tuscaloosa, passed away April 9, 2015, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Memory Hill Gardens with Ed King officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by J.C. and Ruby Robertson. Survivors include his wife, Lida D. Robertson of Tuscaloosa; sons, Jimmy Robertson of Tuscaloosa and Tommy (JoAnne) Robertson of Tuscaloosa; sisters, Geraldine (Lester) Verhine of Covington, Ga.; brother, Norris Robertson of Tuscaloosa; and grandchildren, Jacob, Fletcher, Katrina and Emily Robertson.Pallbearers will be Jacob Robertson, Fletcher Robertson, Ronnie Dockery, Doug Turner, Larry Turner, Sonny Walters, Ferrel Tidmore, Rodger Dockery and Kenneth Dockery.A special thank you goes to the staff of the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center at DCH Regional Medical Center and the DCH Regional Medical Center 2nd Floor SE and ICU.
