My thoughts & prayers are with you Bessie as well as your family. Hurtis blessed me with an opportunity to work beside him as he mentored me in the art of motorcycle repair in the early seventies. I still work on motorcycles full time to this day because of this great man. God Speed Hurtis.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and may you find comfort in your memories of Mr. Hurtis. We met him in Walmart about a year ago. We started talking and he was admiring my husband's cap. He wanted to know where he got it. My husband ordered him one & we took it to him at his home a few weeks later. He was so excited & thankful. A new friendship began. Hurtis & Bessie are a sweet couple. May God comfort you at this time of loss.
