TUSCALOOSA – John V. Medders, age 84, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died December 13, 2017, at Brookwood Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2017, at Holten Heights Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Bill Holley and Rev. Carlon Tibbs officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be today, December 17, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Melba McJenkins Medders; sons, John Daniel Medders (Belinda), Jim Medders (Marie), Jasen Skelton (Alisa) and Jud Skelton (Jennifer); nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
