Lucy Hazel Montz Martin, 83 of Moundville Alabama passed away peacefully at Hospice of West Alabama. Memory Chapel Funeral Home will hold a visitation on August, 29th 2024 from 10 am until 11 am with a Chapel service to take place at 11 am. Rev. Stephen Vernon will be presiding.
Hazel is preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Martin, daughter Rose M. Cole, Parents Otha and Opal Montz, her sister Dorophy Swinson, brothers Phares Montz and Dee Roy Montz. She is survived by her daughter Glenda Moore (Tony) and son Jimmy Martin (Belinda), Sisters: Annie McCellan, Judy Montz, Mary Wyatt and Vera Shermon (Billy). Brothers Richard Montz (Rachell) Douglas Montz, Dexter Montz, Fineos M. Montz (Judy). She Is also survived by nine wonderful grandchildren and twenty- three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Austin Fondren, Jackson Cole, David Rivera, Gavin Jones, Michael Stagg, and Jacob Rivera.
