Pierce "PW" Whitfield Sumner

PW was preceded in death by his father Pierce Watson Sumner and his mother Lenore Marlow Sumner Carter.

PW is survived by his son Pierce Watson Sumner II; his sister Bobbie (Larry) Jones and his sister Reba (Jim) Caldwell. He is also Survived by Three Nieces and Nephews.

The family would like to thank longtime neighbor Cathy Martin, and especially his friend Robin Curtis.

Those who knew PW knew he was a fun loving guy. He loved his friends, his high school friends,his

Elk brothers and sisters and his air forces buddies.He really loved his tide football! he was one happy guy last saturday when they won the SEC. He didn't have much but if you needed it he would give it to you.
