I had met both Terry and Ruth at Hunter and Heather’s Wedding. Unfortunately  that was the only time I met Ruth. I played golf with Hunter and Terry often.  Although I was a horrible player (and still am :)) Terry taught me a few things that will always resonate with me.  Terry possessed such  a calming and positive  aspect on life and that has been something That I will always remember. As bad as I played, Terry always saw the upside of it and would say “if your having fun don’t worry” As competitive as he was, that always will be a memory in my mind.

I have so many fond memories of Terry and Ruth.  I met them at our country club “TCC” and played lots of golf with them.  One memory is we went on a couples golf trip and after a long day of golf etc Terry went to bed early.  The rest of us stayed up and somehow we got ourselves locked outside on a balcony.  It was really late and we had to call Terry to get up and come and unlock the door for us.  Before he could get there we discovered a side door and was back inside dancing when he showed up.  He was kinda mad at us 😊.  But he was always a great sport.  Played lots of scrambles with him and Ruth and shared lots of wonderful get togethers and events with them.  Condolences to the family.  I know Terry is in a wonderful place with his beloved Ruth 🙏♥️

Terry and I were very close for many years and I had the honor of coaching with him for 10 years. He and his family were always so good to me and my family. He and Ruth were such great people. 

He was always my big brother ❤. I couldn't always talk to him.  We got closer later on. I  will miss  him so much.  I will  always love him.
