Trina Bowman Fizer Morris

20 January, 196527 March, 2021

Trina Bowman Fizer Morris beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend, left us suddenly and much too soon on March 27, 2021 at the age of 56. She was preceded in death by her father Leon Bowman, her grandmother Tressie Drinkard, and her brother-in-law Daryl Williams. Trina was born on January 20, 1965 in Alabama, to Leon and Stella Bowman. She was born a CODA (child of a deaf adult) which lead to a lifelong passion to help those in the deaf community. She grew up to become an interpreter for the deaf and was often found on and off the clock helping those who needed it most, find their voice. She was most happy when she spent time with family and friends and often could be found listening, laughing, and smiling with those she cared about. One of our favorite memories of Nana Trina is her joy and overflowing happiness when sitting watching, playing, or listening to her grandkids. Trina is survived by her children Danielle Semana (Joseph), Heather Hitechew (Brandon), L.T. Fizer (Kacie). Her Grandchildren: Maggie Hitechew, Jonathan Semana, Loryn Fizer, Emma Scarberry, Josiah Semana, Graham Fizer, Major Williams, and Kason Fizer. Her mother Stella Reid; her sister April Dainard; her brother Jeff Bowman. Her Nephew Michael Williams (Christen), Niece Kelsey Williams, Great Nieces Haylee Mae and Kateleigh; and Great Nephews Cole, Dayton, and Dodge. Her lifelong partner and friend George Graham. Along with a great extended family and amazing friends who adored her. We will be having a celebration of life at 3pm on Friday at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home 5200 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404. If you would like to honor her loving and caring heart for others by giving to either of these charities we would suggest: Little Paws Dachshund Rescue and the Alabama Institute for the deaf and blind.
