TUSCALOOSA –William Gary Howard, age 75, of Tuscaloosa, died July 23, 2017, at home. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the Serenity Room at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Samual Howard; mother, Ruby Doris Howard; and sister, Betty Sue Gray.
Survivors include his wife, Ginny Howard; daughters, Dottie Williamson (Dennis), Tina Howard and Dana McCracken; sons, Gary Howard, Jr. and Stephen Anthony Howard; sisters, Darlene Sanford (James) and Linda Henson; brother, Tony Howard (Christy); ten grandchildren; three step children; seven step grandchildren; and closest friend, Darrell Webb.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Moose Lodge. He volunteered at the VA Hospital and a member of the Marine Corp.
