Eric was born October 10, 1958 in Twin FAlls, Idaho to Nathan William Knutsen and Afton Udean Knutsen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Caroline Udean Knutsen Stephensen.
He is survived by brothers, Nathan Allan Knutsen (Connie) of American Falls; Eldon Jay Knutsen (Tanya) of Twin Falls and sister Claudia Johnson (Kenneth) of Shelley, Idaho. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He loved life and always loved to smile. He had a wonderful sense of humor.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 2 at White Mortuary "Chapel by the Park", 136 4th Avenue East, Twin Falls with a viewing 1 hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Wendell Cemetery.
