William Cecil Capps

TWIN FALLS | Bill was the first baby boy born at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center (beat out by a girl). He was raised in the Magic Valley, graduated High School, served in the Air Force, then came home and worked hard building homes, driving truck and doing whatever it took to raise his family here in the Magic Valley. Besides the love of his family and parents, Bill was an avid sportsman. He raised his family hunting, fishing, camping and gardening as well as many of his nephews, nieces and kids from the block we grew up on. He will be missed by all of his family and friends.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents; father, Carl Cecil Capps and mother, Caroline Ruth (Linn) Capps.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Belinda Jean (Barry) Capps, three children; Larry Joe Capps (Jennifer), Carl Linn Capps (Amy) and Amber Jean Capps, four sisters; Linda McGuire (Leon), Karen Butler (David), Ruth Johnson (Danny) and Ruth Ann Bittinger, grandchildren; Taylor, Carly, Trinity (Mark), Carl (Bud), Shay, Caleb, Cambria, Kayla, Nicole, Nathan, Zachary, Andrew and Nycolas; great-grandchildren: Zola, Buddy, Zoe and Max.

A viewing and small family gathering will be held on March 17, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at White Mortuary "Chapel by the Park", with a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park. All flowers, cards, etc., may be sent to White Mortuary. We Love You.
