Mrs. Williams was born on Sept 8, 1942 to Charles and Ada Lottie Adams Shaffer and passed away on May 22, 2016 in Tyler. A lifelong resident of the area Mrs. Williams worked at the Arcadia Theater, Tyler Police Department as Secretary to Chief Duncan Butler, the Juvenile probation Department as position Supervisor Employee of the Year 1997, and a member of Dean Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Williams of Flint; so,: Bobby Jeff Williams and wife, Nina Michelle of Garland; daughter, Amanda Leigh Williams of Corinth; grandchildren, Jessica Leigh Height of Flint, Michaela Faith Williams and Millicent Hope Williams; brother, Charles William Shaffer.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Elizabeth Watson.
