He was not just a father but a dedicated and loving role model, guiding them with his unwavering belief in the power of positivity and the importance of family.
Outside of family, Charles was known for his unwavering Christian faith, which served as a guiding light throughout his life. He dedicated his later years to working with various non-profit organizations, embodying a spirit of service and community that touched the lives of many. His career as a highly regarded field coordinator in California was marked by respect and admiration from colleagues and those he served.
Charles had a wonderful sense of humor and an innate ability to find the good in every situation. His friends often remarked on his charisma and problem-solving skills, which made him a pillar of support in their lives. He leaves behind dearest friends, including Mike and Mary, Jeff, and William, who will deeply miss his laughter and camaraderie.
Among his many interests, Charles had a special fondness for the holiday season. Each year, he would grow his beard to resemble Santa Claus, bringing joy to children in the community as he rang a bell for the Salvation Army. This simple act of kindness exemplified his generous spirit and love for those around him.
