Mr. Post was born on March 20, 1924 in Newton Falls, Ohio to Calvin A. and Lois Dutton Post and passed away on November 28, 2015 in Tyler. Mr. Post served in the Army Air Corp and USAF during WWII and Korea.
Survivors include his children: Kathy Umphries, of Tyler, John Albert Post, of Ravenna, Ohio, Jerry Umphries, of Tyler and Ivie Gene Umphries, of Tyler; numerous grandchildren including grandsons: JD Post and Tyler Post; and several great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
