Mrs. Edwards was born on August 10, 1943 in Seneca, SC to Hubert and Frances McClellan Patterson and passed away on January 20, 2017 in Tyler
.
Mrs. Edwards graduated from Glendale High School in Glendale, Arizona. She was a Homemaker, member of the Cattlettes of East Texas, the Dixie Club, Texas Education Agency and the Supervisor at Creative Arts at the East Texas State Fair. She loved animals and gave to multiple charities.
Survivors include her husband: Kenneth Edwards of Tyler,her son Robert Blackmon of Brownsboro, daughter: Kristina Tarrant and husband Joe Paul of Larue. Frances is also survived by her grandchildren: Justin Blackmon of San Antonio, Tyler Blackmon of Tyler, Caylor Blackmon, Brock Blackmon both of Brownsboro, Amber Dunklin and Bobbie Sue Stuard both of Larue and Kaylyn Bundy of Athens, Skye Tarrant and Austin Tarrant both Larue.
She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Raylee and Remi Bundy both of Athens and her brother: Billy Patterson of Sun City, Arizona and sister Shirley Patterson of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, including several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6-8p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2017..
