Larry was a 'Trekkie' and a huge fan of SCI-FI. he was best known and well loved for his logic and dry sense of humor. Larry was an Air Force Vet and a brilliant coder who did not hide his love for technology. Larry had a great passion for photography and riding his bicycles. Larry loved to take his family on trips to national parks where he would capture amazing photos of animals, landscapes and the beauty of nature. he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him
Larry leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Amber Watts her husband Steven and their beautiful baby girl Zoe; his mother Carolyn McCune; brothers Mike McCune, Rick McCune and his wife Kay and sister, Dianne Walls and her husband Tim.
Larry was preceded in death by his son Sean McCune and his father Don McCune.
A visitation for Larry will be held Friday, July 17, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home, 12053 State Highway 64 W, Tyler, Texas 75704. Where family will proceed to a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
