Funeral Services for Marvin L Cranfill, age 82, of Tyler will be 1:00PM Saturday at Friendly Baptist Church with Bro. Chris Robeson and Bro Pat Alvey officiating, burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park . Mr Cranfill was born on Sept 29, 1930 in Collinsville to Larncie Alonzo & Carrie Catherine Griffin Cranfill and passed away on Sept 10,2013 in Tyler. Mr. Cranfill formerly of Farmers Branch he had lived in Tyler for 40 years was a member and Deacon of Friendly Baptist Church and served as 1st Sergeant with the Texas National Guard. Survivors include his wife of 63 years Mary Ann Cranfill of Tyler, Daughter: Pamela Sue Cranfill of Albuquerque, NM, Sons: Victor Ray Cranfill & Wife: Lisa of Dallas, & John Michael Cranfill & Wife: Jamie of Tyler, 4 Grandchildren, 2 Greatgrandchildren, 1 Brother & 1 Sister, Several Nieces & Nephews. Mr Cranfill was preceded in death by his parents and 2 Brothers, In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society . Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday at the Funeral Home.
