15 November 2019

Today, November 15, 2019, I just learned of the passing of Scot and was heartsick to learn of his passing. I learned from his sister Katy Baker Bumbard. my daughter, who was particularly fond of Scot. From her birth until his passing, Scot was particularly proud of Katy and spent many loving hours with her while she grew up.
Scot was an intelligent, caring and thoughtful person and will definitely be missed by all who knew him. My prayers and condolences go out to his mother and all who loved him.
