

Virginia Williams, age 90, passed away on August 7, 2025 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on February 1, 1935 in Ft. Scott, Kansas to Lloyd Anderson and Leanna Nolen Anderson. Virginia was raised in Ft. Scott, Kansas and graduated from Ft. Scott High School on May 21, 1953. She married Lloyd Williams in 1980.
She was a financial services secretary at various offices in Houston where she worked for more than 30 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed backyard gardening, riding her bicycle and focusing on a healthy lifestyle. Her family and friends will always remember her as a passionate and dedicated supporter of animal rescue, foster, and adoption programs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Leanna Anderson, brother, Andy Anderson, son, Jeffrey Lyons, daughter, Melodee McEndree, granddaughter, Mandy Cowan.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Williams, daughter, Honey Lea Kram and husband Chris, son, David Williams and wife Dana, grandchildren, Jason Doan and wife Marisa, Amy Heinz and husband Jacob, Katie Stipp and husband Cody, Jamee McEndree, Kinley Williams, Kelsey Williams, Karsyn Williams and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Briarcliff Health Center and Heart to Heart Hospice for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Virginia.
