Walter Bivins, 71, of Chandler, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Tyler. He was born on July 7, 1945 in Whittier, California to Grady Howard and Annie Florene (Scott) Bivins.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 20, 2017; also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Rock Hill Cemetery in Brownsboro.
