Walter is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ann Elizabeth Edwards; children, Walter Thomas, Stephen Michael, Mary Ann, Patricia Ann, and Rebecca Ann; and 9 grandchildren.
Walter is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia; and brother, William.
A military graveside service for Walter will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 10:00 am at Tyler Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum.
