Barber- Howard William Barber 46 of Uncasville Ct. died Saturday Oct. 21, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Westerly RI son of Michael and Jean Barber Sr. He was employed for many years as a casino dealer. He is survived by a son Joseph Barber, his brothers Michael Barber Jr., Ken Barber, and Zack Barber, his sisters, Michelle Barber, and Kathy Roucoulet, as well as many friends.
